President Obama Visited Wright Middle School in 2009


President Obama - free photoOn Wednesday, November 4, 2009, President Barack Obama and U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan visited Wright Middle School in Madison. Wright is a 12-year-old charter school at 1717 Fish Hatchery Road that emphasizes getting involved and creating positive change in the community. Wright is one of two middle schools in Madison with an Italian language program taught by Andrew Muller. There are currently 40 6th grade students enrolled in the Italian program.
