- Alpha Phi Delta (APD), National Italian-American Heritage Fraternity (exit WisItalia) - Alpha Phi Delta Fraternity was founded in 1914 at Syracuse University in Syracuse, New York, by a group of men with Italian roots. While initially founded as a social society, it evolved into one of the most unique of American college fraternities. It has retained its focus by attracting select men at some of the best colleges and universities in the United States. A majority of Alpha Phi Delta men and Chapters are campus leaders. Alpha Phi Delta experiences has helped many of its nearly 20,000 lifelong members to become top leaders in all facets of life.
- American Society of the Italian Legions of Merit (ASILM) (exit WisItalia) - ASILM is a non-profit organization that serves as the chief reference point in the United States for all links between the chivalric world of the Italian state and its decorati residents here. The Society is comprised of more than 600 individuals who, because of some personal quality or the rendering of some special service, have been decorated by the Republic of Italy. The Society is national in scope, international in spirit, and functions at the highest levels of the chivalric, diplomatic and beneficent arenas. It provides financial assistance to a wide range of cultural and humanitarian endeavors.
- Casa Italia: Italian Cultural Center - Chicago (exit WisItalia) - Casa Italia is a home for all Italian-American organizations in the Chicago area. Located in Stone Park, Illinois on seventeen acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You can tour their Cultural Center Museums, filled with fabulous artifacts and historic representations, of the Italian-American immigrant experience. You can stroll through their art galleries, overflowing with original works, by Italian-American artists or peruse their extensive library, a leading source of Italian-American literature, in the Midwest. Casa Italia also has a community center, dining room, open air pavillion, bocce courts, as well as offering Italian language and culture classes, and summer youth camps.
- COPILAS - Council for the Promotion of the Italian Language in American Schools (exit WisItalia) - COPILAS is a national non-profit organization dedicated to assisting individuals, associations and communities around the United States, desiring to introduce or broaden the study of Italian language and culture in their public and private schools, colleges and universities. It is made up of representatives from Italian and U.S. education agencies, Italian American cultural organizations, educators and interested private individuals. All are experts in their respective fields, and are committed to promoting the study of Italian language and culture in the United States. COPILAS offers a free KIT, "Start Italian In Your School!" designed to help parents and students approach school authorities, apply for funding and carry out other related activities necessary to achieving their objectives.

- FIERI (exit WisItalia) - This is an international non-profit organization of students and young professionals between the ages of 18 and 39. Its members are dedicated to four major objectives: 1) To preserve the Italian culture and encourage the study of Italian and Italian American history; 2) To foster the values of higher education and personal achievement in young Italian Americans; 3) To facilitate career opportunities and networking relationships for young professionals; and 4) To promote a positive image of Italian Americans in the mass media and popular culture. Chapters exits in Boston, Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit, New York City, San Francisco and Washington, D.C.
- Italian Academy Foundation, Inc. (IAF) (exit WisItalia) - This foundation was established in 1947 and is a non-profit 501(c)(3), tax-exempt corporation that pursues a unique form of cultural diplomacy, presenting Italian realities to U.S. audiences. The Italian Academy Foundation, Inc. produces concerts, symposia and special events year round throughout the United States and Italy. IAF customarily works with select international charities to use our events for fundraising and awareness efforts. IAF underwrites these efforts with the generous assistance of its members and friends. Recent beneficiaries include The Salzburg Seminar (Austria), One Bright World (Liberia), The Europe Society (Brussels), the Women for Peace effort of the United Nations Delegates Women’s Committee, and The Nassau Physicians Foundation. - Italian American Chamber of Commerce Midwest (exit WisItalia) - This non-profit organization promotes trade relations between the United States and Italy, fosters the strengthening of bonds between the two counties and promotes the interests of Italian American business people.

It also provides information if you are interested in researching your Italian family history where you can request birth, marriage and death certificates from any city or town in Italy.
- Italian Cultural Center - Minneapolis/St. Paul (exit WisItalia) - The Italian Cultural Center (ICC), founded in Minneapolis in 2006, is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization open to anyone interested in the unique phenomena of Italian culture. Their vision is to establish a multifaceted center in Minnesota for all things Italian. - Italian Legal Language Services (exit WisItalia) - Need Help with Italian Inheritance Law? This organization is an international company with executive offices in San Francisco. They provide assistance to individuals and attorneys on matters of Italian inheritance law, Italian title searches, powers of attorney, Italian banking matters and other general administrative matters for Italy.

- Italidea (exit WisItalia) - Italidea is the official center at the Italian Cultural Institute in Chicago dedicated to teaching the Italian language throughout the Midwest. In addition to creating programs to teach Italian in public and parochial schools, Italidea offers its own classes for adult and young learners at the Italian Cultural Institute headquarters.
- Instituto Italiano di Cultura (exit WisItalia) - The Italian Culture Institute of Chicago is the cultural office of the Consulate General of Italy in Chicago. Founded in 1985, the Institute is one of five cultural agencies of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the United States. The Institute serves as a convenient source for information about Italian life and culture that showcases Italy’s classic and contemporary heritage with particular reference to art, music, cinema, design, architecture, science, and technology. - National Organization of Italian American Women (NOIAW) (exit WisItalia) - This organization was founded in 1980 by a small group of Italian American women who sought to create a national network to support the educational and professional aspirations of its members and to combat ethnic stereotypes by promoting positive role models. It is the only national membership organization for women of Italian ancestry. NOIAW sponsored events are educational, cultural and social in nature and focus on issues of interest to Italian American women. The programs recognize and promote the accomplishments and contributions of women of Italian ancestry as well as acknowledge women as keepers of the culture. NOIAW has evolved into an international organization bringing together women of Italian ancestry nationwide with women in Italy, Argentina and Australia through international events and conferences.
- Order Sons of Italy in America (OSIA) (exit WisItalia) - This organization is a national organization for men and women of Italian heritage in the United States. Its missions include encouraging the study of Italian language and culture in American schools and universities; preserving Italian American traditions, culture, history and heritage; and promoting closer cultural relations between the United States and Italy. - Pursuing Our Italian Names Together (POINT) (exit WisItalia) - This organization, POINTers In Person, Chapter 22, promotes the study and preservation of Italian family history; offers those of Italian heritage an opportunity to meet in person and share information about Italian genealogical research; and assists those searching their Italian ancestry by sharing Italian genealogical research experience. Meetings are held in Milwuakee, WI four times per year.
- UNICO - National Italian American Service Organization (exit WisItalia) - UNICO National is an Italian American service organization in the United States.
