We Miss You! Come to Our Store for Great Deals.
Now that the Winter Farmers Market is over, and the summer market season is yet to start, we don't have a booth for you to visit. So come to our place instead!

World's Most Delicious Kiosk Debuts at Rupena's at Milwaukee Public Market
Rupena's at Milwaukee Public Market is the home of our stylish new kiosk, where you can pick up our quarter-pound presliced products with the convenience of picking up other great eats at the Public Market.
We're not there, but we do have recipe cards there to give you some ideas for your next charcuterie adventure.

Charcuterie School Friday Hours
We've expanded our Charcuterie School to include two Friday dates as well as our usual Saturdays. What's Charcuterie School? An hour and a half of learning about Bolzano Artisan Meats with plenty of science and history to boot. Then a full tour of the facility to see our foods in process, and then we finish with big sampling flights of our products.
